Our Mission
“To support the health and wellness of people living in our service communities.”

The CHN Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, and has funds available to help area children, adults, and families who are diagnosed with a serious medical, dental or mental health condition and lack the financial resources to help themselves.  The Foundation provides support through selected funds to help when an illness becomes a life changing situation.

Whether receiving assistance with their medical bills, transportation, lodging or other essential living expenses, our recipients gain the peace of mind they need to focus first and foremost on their health or the health of their loved one, rather than worrying about those responsibilities.

CHN "Wine & Roses" Fundraiser is a Record Breaker!

The Heidel House in Green Lake was the new location for the 4^th annual CHN Wine and Roses event, offering larger accommodations for the biggest crowd to date -  236 attendees. The event was held on Saturday, February 4^th, as everyone enjoyed tasting an assortment of 21 wines, 10 different beers, great appetizers, and decadent desserts, all to raise money for the Michael D. Chier Memorial Fund, helping adults with special medical needs.

This year the event raised almost $31,000 with gracious thanks to the many generous sponsors, donors, and participants who made it happen. Read More>>
