“To support the health and wellness of people living in our service communities.”

The CHN Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, and has funds available to help area children, adults, and families who are diagnosed with a serious medical, dental or mental health condition and lack the financial resources to help themselves.  The Foundation provides support through selected funds to help when an illness becomes a life changing situation.

Whether receiving assistance with their medical bills, transportation, lodging or other essential living expenses, our recipients gain the peace of mind they need to focus first and foremost on their health or the health of their loved one, rather than worrying about those responsibilities.

CHN "Wine & Roses" Fund Raiser Event
Mark your calendars for the fourth annual CHN Foundation Wine and Roses event on Saturday, February 4, 2012 at the Heidel House in Green Lake. 

There will be fine wines for tasting and new this year, Wisconsin microbrews! In addition, attendees will sample delicious appetizers, and have a chance to win fantastic prizes, including two diamond raffles, a huge number of basket raffles and silent auction items. Wine and Roses-Vintage 2012 begins at 7pm and the cost is $30 in advance or $35 at the door. More Info>>>
